Solid NCM Moscow, delivery took a bit

I ordered the NCM Moscow Electric Mountain Bike and was keen to get it. The ordering process online was smooth enough, no hitches there. Delivery, however, took about 9 days to reach my place in regional Victoria, which was a little longer than I hoped, but it did arrive securely packaged. Assembly was manageable, mainly just attaching the front wheel and handlebars. The bike itself is robust and the motor provides good assist for my local trails. I also snagged a Pannier Bag with it, which is handy. Customer support helped me with a quick query about tracking, they replied within a day. Quality of the bike is good for the price, just factor in some extra delivery time if you're out of the major cities.

Yeah, their return policy is decent. You have 14 days from delivery, but it needs to be unused and in original packaging. I looked into it when I bought mine, seemed standard enough.

Returns were easy for me. Just make sure you keep the box and all the packing materials, makes it way simpler if you do need to send it back.

Are the Leon Cycle bikes actually legit? Like, are they good quality for the price or am I better off with a Trek or Specialized?

Totally legit. They're a big player in e-bikes. NCM is their own brand. For the price, you get a solid bike, especially for commuting or casual trails. Trek and Specialized are different leagues pricewise.

They're not trying to be a Trek, but for an e-bike in that price range, they're really good value. I've had my NCM Venice for over a year, no major issues. Just keep up with maintenance.

Nah, they're pretty good. Mine was like 80% there, just had to attach the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. Took maybe an hour if you're not rushing.

Yeah, what that person said. It's not fully built, but the hard stuff like the motor and wiring is done. Just the basic fit-out. Super easy.
